Using KKHS Assist

Your self-chat, /kk in other chats, voice notes, and the commands that keep you in control.

You talk to KKHS Assist the way you would text a sharp human assistant: just ask, delegate, or think out loud. There is no special syntax to learn. This page covers the three places you will work with it and the handful of commands worth knowing.

Your self-chat is home base

KKHS Assist lives in your self-chat — the WhatsApp chat with your own number. This is your private workspace: anything you say here stays between you and your assistant.

Use it to:

  • Ask questions — "What did Rahul say about the budget last week?"
  • Delegate tasks — "Draft a polite 'no' to this invite."
  • Manage your day — "What's my day like?" or "Remind me to call the bank Friday."
  • Save things to remember — "Remember my wife's birthday is June 12th."

When KKHS Assist needs to do something in another chat (like sending a message on your behalf), it shows you a draft in your self-chat first and waits for your OK. See Chat modes & autonomy.

Summon it anywhere with /kk

In any other chat — a DM or a group — type `/kk` followed by what you need, and your assistant jumps in just for that.

  • In a group: "/kk summarize what I missed here"
  • In a DM: "/kk draft a reply confirming Tuesday at 3"

Outside your self-chat, KKHS Assist only acts when you summon it with /kk — unless you have explicitly set a chat to a different mode.

Send a voice note

Too busy to type? Send a voice note to any chat and KKHS Assist will listen, understand, and act on it — same as a typed message. You can also have a live, hands-free voice conversation from the dashboard.

React instead of typing

Two reactions do real work, in any chat:

  • 📎 on any message — saves it to your personal wiki on the spot. Yours or someone else's; no need to message your assistant at all.
  • 👍 or ✅ on a draft — approves it, and KKHS Assist sends it.

The dashboard

Everything above happens in WhatsApp, which is where you will spend most of your time. The dashboard is for the things that are easier to see than to describe — your tasks laid out as a schedule, your wiki, what your assistant knows about you, and what it is allowed to do. Quick tasks vs. ongoing work

KKHS Assist handles both:

  • Quick, one-off tasks finish in the moment — a draft, an answer, a reminder.
  • Ongoing work keeps going in the background — coordinating a meeting, chasing a reply, or checking something every morning. See Automations, Autonomous jobs, and Agents.

Staying in control

Three commands steer your assistant directly, without going through a normal turn:

  • `/stop` — halt whatever it is doing right now and drop anything queued behind it. Typing stop, cancel, or abort on its own does the same thing. Self-chat only.
  • `/ignore` — pretend the previous message was never sent. Works in any chat, handy when you fire off something you did not mean it to act on.
  • `/restart` — restart your assistant itself, if it has got stuck or gone unresponsive. It asks you to confirm first, and it takes a few seconds to come back. Self-chat only.

/restart restarts the whole assistant, not just the current task — reach for /stop if you only want it to drop what it is doing.

What it will not do

  • Send bulk or broadcast messages, however the request is phrased.
  • Add people to groups en masse.
  • Commit to a price or approve a payment on your behalf.
  • Read a chat you have blocked, in any mode.

Pro tip: Talk to KKHS Assist like a real assistant. Ask, delegate, or vent — it will figure out what you need. The more context you give, the better it does.
