Short answers to the questions we get most.
The questions people ask most — what KKHS Assist is, how it lives in your WhatsApp, languages, pricing, and how to get help. Tap any question to expand it.
KKHS Assist is an AI agent, not a chatbot. It operates inside WhatsApp through your own connected number, with full context of your conversations, and acts on your behalf across your chats and connected tools. Where a chatbot answers questions, KKHS Assist does the work.
KKHS Assist is ₹1,499 a month (about $20). One plan, everything included — your own assistant on WhatsApp with its own dedicated server — and you can cancel any time.
If you join during the alpha, you get 25% off for your first 12 months (₹1,099 a month) as long as you subscribe before your free access ends. Your billing page shows your exact date.
Add a card before then and nothing changes — billing simply starts, and your assistant keeps running without interruption. We will remind you before the date arrives.
If you do not, your assistant pauses. A few days later its server is wound down and your number disconnects. Your data stays safe either way, and subscribing brings everything back as you left it.
You can manage your card, see your next payment, or cancel from Settings → Billing in the dashboard.
You rarely have to pick — describe the outcome and KKHS Assist chooses the right system.
An **automation** starts at a time or event and does something for you. It can be one reminder, an instant reaction, recurring work, or a sequence that waits and follows up.
A **background task** is one large assignment that takes several turns to finish.
An **agent** is a standing role with a brief and no end date: moderate this group and keep the log.
No. It can search the live web and read any page or link you point it at, but it does not drive a browser — no logins, no form submissions, no checkouts. For actions inside another product, connect the app instead. See Web research.
Yes. Connect Microsoft 365 from the Apps page and it can work with your Outlook mail and calendar, your OneDrive files, and your Microsoft contacts. Google Calendar, Drive, Sheets, and Contacts are supported directly — and you can connect more than one Google account.
Yes — all of it. Open Skills in your dashboard to read and edit what your assistant knows about you, the rules it follows, and the procedures you have taught it. Every change is version-tracked, so you can see what changed and go back. See Custom skills.
Tell it: "stop watching this chat" turns off autonomous replies there, and "never read <chat>" blocks it entirely — no reading, searching, or quoting, in any mode. Both are visible and changeable on the Permissions page. See Chat modes & autonomy.
No, and that is deliberate. Bulk outreach is the fastest way to get a real WhatsApp number flagged by Meta for spam, so KKHS Assist stops well before anything looks like a broadcast, tells you exactly who was and was not messaged, and will not let the block be worked around by splitting the sends up. For genuine announcements, use a WhatsApp Community or a broadcast channel — or share a group invite link, which people join by choice.
Summon it with /kk in your message — for example, "/kk what was the final decision here?". In groups it stays silent until you call on it.
Tell it directly. "Forget that the client isn't moving forward" or "delete the task about the grocery list" is all it takes, and it updates its memory or tasks right away.
Each KKHS Assist account is tied to a single WhatsApp number. To use a second number, create a separate account with a different email and connect it there.
No. Each account connects to one WhatsApp number.
There is no hard limit. Keeping your open tasks to a reasonable number does help, though — it keeps your daily digests crisp and worth reading.
When you invoke KKHS Assist directly, it replies as your assistant, under its own header, so it is clear the message came from KKHS Assist. The rest of the time it acts as you, leaving no mark on your messages.
KKHS Assist supports most global languages, including Hindi and English — just talk to it in the one you prefer.
We would love to hear from you. Contact our support team on WhatsApp or email [email protected] with any issues or ideas.
