Account & settings

A tour of the dashboard: tasks, wiki, skills, permissions, apps, and billing.

Ask us

Most of the time you will run KKHS Assist straight from WhatsApp. The dashboard is where you handle the few things that live outside chat — your connection, notifications, invites, and account.

Your dashboard

The dashboard is the companion to your self-chat: the same assistant, with the things that are easier to see than to describe. Here is what each page is for.

Read and work

  • Dashboard — your connection status, and a jump straight into your WhatsApp self-chat.
  • **Talk** — a live, hands-free voice conversation with your assistant.
  • **Tasks** — everything on your plate, as a swipeable deck or a schedule.
  • **Wiki** — everything you have saved, organized into folders.

Automate

  • **Agents** — standing jobs that run without being asked, plus anything running in the background right now.
  • **Automations** — reminders, recurring work, instant rules, message watches, and multi-step follow-ups.
  • **Skills** — the procedures you have taught it, and what it knows about you, all editable and version-tracked.
  • **Permissions** — how forward your assistant may be, which chats it is watching, and which it must never read.

Integrate

  • **Apps** — connect Slack, Notion, Microsoft 365, and your own tools.
  • **MCP Server** — bring your WhatsApp into Claude, Cursor, and other AI clients.

Billing

Your plan, your card, your next payment, and cancellation all live under Settings → Billing. See the FAQs for what KKHS Assist costs and what happens when a free trial ends.

Push notifications

Turn on push notifications to get a nudge on your phone when something needs you — even when WhatsApp is closed. You can enable them during setup or anytime from the dashboard. On mobile, you can also install the dashboard as an app for quicker access.

Notifications also cover the one thing you would otherwise only notice too late: if your assistant's link to WhatsApp drops, you get told straight away rather than wondering why it has gone quiet.

Invite friends

KKHS Assist is in early access, and you can bring people in with your invite code. Share it via WhatsApp or copy the link from your dashboard. Each account comes with a few invites, and you can see which ones have been redeemed.

Per-chat settings

Beyond the mode, each chat has a few options you can tune — like whether your assistant replies in its own voice or yours, how much chat history it considers, and any standing notes for that chat ("never discuss budget in this group"). Just ask, or adjust them from the dashboard.

Managing your account

You are always in full control of your data:

  • Clear what it remembers — ask your assistant to forget specific things at any time.
  • Delete your account — from the dashboard's Danger Zone, you can disconnect WhatsApp and permanently remove your account and its data.

Deleting your account is permanent — it disconnects KKHS Assist from your WhatsApp and erases your data. You will be asked to confirm before anything is removed.
