Terms of Service

KKHS Assist is a personal AI assistant that operates through your own WhatsApp account as a linked device, and through connections you authorise to third-party services such as calendar, email and file storage.

KKHS Assist is currently offered in alpha. Features may change, be withdrawn, or behave unexpectedly, and availability is not guaranteed.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your Google account and WhatsApp device secure.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account, including actions performed by your assistant at your instruction.
• One account is for one individual. Accounts may not be shared or resold.

KKHS Assist connects to WhatsApp using the linked-device mechanism provided by WhatsApp. You are responsible for complying with WhatsApp's own terms, and you may unlink the device at any time from your phone.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of WhatsApp remains governed by their terms.

You may not use the service to do any of the following, and your assistant will refuse instructions of this kind:

• Send unsolicited bulk or broadcast messages, or otherwise spam any person or group.
• Add people to groups en masse or without their consent.
• Harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate or deceive any person.
• Infringe intellectual property rights or violate any applicable law, including Indian data protection and telecom regulations.
• Attempt to bypass the service's permission model, rate limits, or security controls, including through prompt injection.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or use the service to build a competing product.

KKHS Assist acts on your behalf. Messages it sends, meetings it books and files it changes are your actions in law and in fact.

The service is designed to show you drafts before messaging other people and to require your confirmation for sensitive actions. You remain responsible for reviewing what you approve, and for any outcome of an action you authorise, including in autonomous mode.

The assistant will not commit to prices or payments on your behalf, and will always return such matters to you.

New accounts receive 14 days of free access. After that, continued use requires an active subscription to the Pro plan at the price shown on our pricing page, billed monthly in advance.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details. Applicable Indian GST is charged in addition to the listed price where required.

You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; we do not provide pro-rata refunds for part-periods except where required by law.

If payment fails or your trial ends without a subscription, your assistant is paused. After a further grace period, its server is wound down and your WhatsApp number is disconnected. Your data is retained during this period and restored if you subscribe.

You may connect third-party services such as Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Drive and others. Those connections are governed by the relevant provider's terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or actions. Disconnecting a service immediately revokes future access.

The service, including its software, design and documentation, is owned by KKHS Media Private Limited and protected by law. You retain all rights in your own content — your messages, files and data. You grant us only the limited licence necessary to operate the service for you.

We do not use your content to train AI models, and we explicitly opt out of such training with our model providers.

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these Terms, if your use puts other users or our infrastructure at risk, or if required by law or by WhatsApp.

You may terminate at any time by deleting your account from the dashboard, which disconnects WhatsApp and permanently deletes your data.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

AI output can be incorrect. You should not rely on the service for legal, medical, financial or other professional advice, and you should verify anything consequential before acting on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or INR 5,000.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages and costs arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the service or by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you.
